Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM – Job Type: Full-Time
Pay Rate: $25.00–$30.00/hr

Job Summary

Seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician for a fast-paced production environment. This role supports equipment uptime and facility upkeep by performing repairs, installations, and preventative maintenance across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Repair, rebuild, and maintain production machinery (mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic)
• Diagnose machine malfunctions and minimize downtime
• Install, relocate, and align equipment properly
• Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC systems and production lines
• Conduct general facility repairs (plumbing, carpentry, electrical)
• Maintain detailed records of all maintenance tasks and parts used
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and housekeeping procedures

 

Machinery/Equipment Used

• AC/DC electrical systems
• Motor controls
• Pneumatic and hydraulic systems
• Packaging equipment (conveyors, cappers, fillers, labelers)

 

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience (manufacturing or packaging)
• Able to read schematics, blueprints, and machine manuals
• Must bring own basic hand tools
• Able to lift 55 lbs and remain on feet for most of the shift
• Willing to work overtime as needed
• Must pass a drug screen, background check, and employment verification
