Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (overtime or Saturday work as needed)

Pay Rate: $65,000-$80,000

Job Summary

Laser Precision, LLC is seeking a Powder Coat Line Supervisor to manage operations and personnel on the 1st shift of its high-volume powder coating line.
We are hiring a dependable and motivated supervisor to join our team. This role offers long-term growth potential and consistent weekly hours.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct 15–20 employees on 1st shift
• Train new employees on all job functions in the department
• Ensure proper startup of the powder coat line each day
• Oversee daily workflow and ensure production deadlines are met
• Monitor part loading/unloading, masking, plugging, and coating quality
• Ensure proper preparation and packaging of coated parts
• Maintain daily email communication with Manager, HR, and co-workers
• Troubleshoot equipment and process issues as needed

 

Machinery / Equipment Used

• Automated powder coating line
• Masking/plugging tools
• ERP system (unspecified)

 

Required Qualifications

• 2–3 years of powder coating application experience (hands-on)
• 2–3 years of supervisory experience (managing at least 8–12 employees)
• Ability to read/write English and give detailed instructions
• Proficient computer skills
• Ability to lift 35 lbs and stand entire shift
• Strong communication and multi-tasking ability
