Initial Screening
After submitting your application, one of our recruiters will contact you to review your work history, skills and the type of work you’re looking for.

Skill Assessment
For some roles, you may be asked to complete an online assessment to verify your knowledge of procedures and equipment operation.
5.
Interview
After passing the screening, you’ll be invited to an in-person or virtual interview, where we’ll discuss how you might fit into the roles we have available.

Matching
Our recruiters will connect you with potential job opportunities based on your skills, experience and availability.
7.
Orientation
Before starting your assignment, you may need to attend an orientation session to learn about the work environment, safety protocols and other important details.
