Job Summary

We are hiring a dependable and motivated CNC Programmer to join our client’s growing sheet metal and machining team. This is a direct hire opportunity offering long-term career growth, a stable environment, and modern equipment.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Create CNC programs for Mills and Lathes
• Develop setups for CNC Mills and Lathes and operate equipment when necessary
• Design and program sheet metal components for CNC punch, laser, and waterjet machines
• Standardize tooling, feeds, and speeds across the machine shop
• Collaborate with production teams to maintain CNC program databases
• Design tools and fixtures to support manufacturing departments
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and quality standards

 

Machinery / Equipment Used

• CNC Mills (Haas)
• CNC Lathes (Haas)
• CNC punch, laser, and waterjet machines

 

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of CNC programming experience (MasterCAM preferred)
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and SolidWorks a plus
• Hands-on experience with Haas CNC milling and lathes
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and sheet metal fabrication
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills
• Ability to perform under pressure and balance multiple projects
