Job Summary

Assist Staffing is hiring dependable Warehouse Associates / Picker Packers for a temporary, full-time opportunity in Huntley, IL. This is a great role for someone who enjoys hands-on warehouse work, a steady routine, and being part of a team-oriented environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with accuracy and care
• Operate efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Label, stack, and organize inventory and materials
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Work both independently and collaboratively with your team to meet daily goals

 

Machinery / Equipment Used

• Standard packing and labeling equipment
• Handheld RF scanners (if assigned)

 

Required Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, picker/packer, or shipping experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written/verbal instructions
• Reliable, punctual, and team-focused
• Comfortable working in a light industrial environment
