Pay Rate: $58,000–$66,000/year

Job Summary
 Responsible for setting up injection molds and monitoring the production process to maintain quality and efficiency standards.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up molding process and provide first article to quality for approval

  • Program robots and calibrate color loaders

  • Complete lockout/tagout procedures on all molding-related equipment

  • Set up hydraulic and electric molding machines; troubleshoot issues

  • Program robots, set up end-of-arm tooling, chutes, and conveyors

  • Maintain production quality using IQMS (ERP system)

  • Ensure clean and safe work environment in compliance with policies

  • Attend industry training and complete special projects as assigned

 

Machinery/Equipment Used

  • Hydraulic and electric molding machines

  • End-of-arm tooling

  • Robots

  • Color loaders

  • Conveyor systems

  • IQMS (ERP system)

 

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years’ experience in plastics injection molding
